江西财经大学经济学院高层次人才招聘启事





【学院简介】

江西财经大学经济学院创立于1984年,前身为江西财经学院经济学系;1999年,经财政部批准在原经济学系的基础上组建经济学院。学院下设经济学系、国民经济管理系、国际经济系等教学机构;设有制度经济研究所、资本论与当代经济研究所以及资产评估研究中心等科研机构。

学院师资力量雄厚、经过多年培养,已有一支教学经验丰富、学术造诣较高、富有发展潜力的教师队伍和学术梯队。现有教职工63人,专任教师53人。首席教授1人、教授17人、副教授19人;博士42人,海归博士4人;博士生导师10人,硕士生导师41人;省部级学科带头人5人、江西省百千万人才工程2人、江西省首批高校哲学社会科学学术骨干1人、省级骨干教师7人,国家级和省部级学术团队常务理事或理事16人。

学院一直非常重视内涵建设,学科平台建设成效显著,已成为江西财大办学规格最高、学科体系最完备的专业学院之一, 培养的博士、硕士、本科等各阶段的学生广受社会用人单位好评。现有理论经济学博士后科研流动站、理论经济学一级学科博士点和政治经济学、西方经济学等博士点,其中“理论经济学”为江西省高校“高水平”学科;现有理论经济学一级学科以及国民经济学、劳动经济学等硕士点,资产评估专业学位硕士点;拥有经济学(含创新实验班)、国民经济管理(院级特色创新班)等本科专业,它们均为江西省高校本科“品牌”专业。“西方经济学”荣获教育部“国家级”双语示范课程,“政治经济学”为江西省高校优秀教学团队。学院拥有四项中央财政支持学科发展项目,拥有技术水准一流的研究生创新训练中心,上述项目为学院发展奠定了坚实的支撑平台。经过多年努力和培育,我院在政府规制与制度经济、经济理论与经济政策、宏观经济分析与管理、国际经济与经济发展等研究方向取得了一批在全国有较大影响的科研成果。

【人才需求】

理论经济学、区域经济学、计量经济、行为经济学、新经济地理学等专业方向的具有博士学位人员。

【引进待遇】

一、拔尖人才

拔尖人才分特聘教授、首席教授、学科领军人才三类,薪酬待遇及支付方式一人一议。学校可提供40-120万元人民币年薪,10-300万元科研经费,最高提供50万元住房补贴,10万元安家费,同时协助妥善解决配偶工作及子女就学。

二、海归博士

人事编制调入的海归博士,4年协议期内薪酬标准按每年20-35万元人民币享受年薪;享受10万元安家费和10万元科研启动金;学校提供40万元住房补贴(按在校实际工作时间分10年逐年拨付);协助妥善解决配偶工作及子女就学。根据实际情况不能解决配偶工作的,学校一次性提供生活补贴5万元。

三、国内博士

(一)所学专业为我校紧缺专业,学校提供住房补贴25万元(按在校实际工作时间分10年逐年拨付);提供一次性安家费3-5万元;提供4-6万元科研启动金;配偶取得硕士学位且其所学专业与我校专业相关的可以人事代理方式协助妥善解决配偶工作。

(二)所学专业为我校非紧缺专业的人员,学校可提供住房补贴12万元(按在校实际工作时间分10年逐年拨付);可提供一次性安家费1-2万元;可提供1-2万元科研启动金。

Recruitment for High-level Talents

Brief Introduction

School of Economics at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics was founded on 1984, was formerly Department of Economics. On November 18th 1999, the School of Economics was founded based on the original Department of Economics and Institute for National Economic Management at the original Department of Planning Statistics, approved by the Ministry of Finance. Now the School becomes nationally renowned for its dedication to excellence in teaching and research.

The school is composed of Departments of Economics, Department of International Economics and Department of National Economic Management. There are also five research institutions in the School: Research Institute for Institutional Economics, Research Institute for “Das Kapital” and Contemporary Economics, Research Center for Asset Evaluation, Research Center for Happiness Economics and Public Policy and Research Center for Regional Economic Development Planning.

The School of Economics is the intellectual home of 63 faculty members (including 10 Part-time members), consisted of 1 Leading Professor, 17 Professors, and 19 Associated Professors. There are 42 members who have received a Ph.D. Degree and 4 of them have received their Ph.D. degrees from universities abroad. The school offers B.A. in Economics and B.A. in National Economic Management programs at undergraduate level, and various M.A. and Ph.D. programs at postgraduate level. It have been awarded the National Bilingual Model Curriculum (Economics), the Central Government Special Funds to Support The Development of Local University project (The Practical Base of Macroeconomic Analysis and Management), Jiangxi Provincial University Specialty (B.A. in Economics), the Outstanding Teaching Team of Jiangxi Universities (Political Economics) and provincial quality courses (Political Economics, Economics, International Economics, The Socialist Market Economic Theory, National Economic Management, etc.). The school has achieved a significant improvement in research, especially in the area of government regulation and public governance, economic theory and economic policy, international economics and economic development. In recent five years, the faculty members have published 268 papers in CSSCI or better Journals, 23 monographs, and 16 textbooks; they have also successful applied 27 National Social (or Natural) Science Fund projects, and 62 provincial and ministerial level projects.

Position Requirement

Employee should hold a Ph.D. degree in fields of Theoretical Economics, Quantitative Economics, Regional Economics, Behavior Economics, New Economic Geography and etc.

Pay PackageAfter the establishment of employment relationship, employee will receive RMB 200,000 -350,000 of annual salary per year in first 4-years contract period, RMB 100,000 of setting-in allowance and RMB 100,000 of startup research grant at the beginning of the first year. JUFE also offers RMB 400,000 of housing subsidy (RMB 40,000 per year, according to the actual employment period and 10 years maximum). JUFE should assist to solve the issues of spouse job, children nursery and school for employees properly. If the issue of spouse job cannot be solved, JUFE will provide a lump-sum living subsidy of RMB 50,000 according to actual circumstance.
