On the morning of October 28, Professor Michel Lubrano of the University of Aix-Marseille, France, gave a lecture on Bayesian Econometrics to our undergraduates and graduate students in the conference room 718 of the North Building. Professor Michel Lubrano focuses on Bayesian econometrics, microeconometrics, time series, welfare and poverty economics, and development economics. This lecture is divided into five time periods, covering a total of eight sections. Bayesian inference principle and linear regression, Monte Carlo Markov chain, probability distribution inference: lognormal distribution and mixed distribution, case analysis: Luo Lenz curve, TIP curve and growth occurrence curve, restricted dependent variable model, other nonlinear models, panel data, etc. |
