The article mentioned that under the superimposed influence of the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic and the global economic downturn, China's digital economy will still maintain a high growth rate of 9.7% in 2020, becoming a key driving force for stable economic growth. Among them, digital consumption has become an important engine for economic growth. In 2020, the national e-commerce transaction volume will reach 37.21 trillion yuan, and the average annual growth rate during the 13th Five-Year Plan period will be 11.6%; the integration of industrialization and digitalization will accelerate, as of June 2020 In September, the digitization rate of production equipment in national manufacturing enterprises reached 48.7%, the penetration rate of digital R&D design tools reached 71.5%, and the numerical control rate of key processes reached 51.1%. The digital infrastructure construction achieved remarkable results. China’s 4G users have reached 1.29 billion, and 5G networks Formation is also accelerating. The article believes that, after sustained development, China has rapidly become a major leader in the development of the global digital economy, relying on a super-large domestic market, a huge scale of netizens, and an active innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. In the next step, we should follow new trends, anchor new tasks, achieve new breakthroughs, firmly grasp the steady development of digital industrialization, continue to expand the breadth and depth of industrial digitalization, vigorously improve the level of digital government construction, and fully explore the great value of data elements Four key points to promote the healthy development of the digital economy.
