Vice Rector of St. Petersburg State Economic University, Russia, visited our university.

On September 21, Dmitry Vasilenko, Vice Rector for International Relations, and Oleg Zolotokrylin, Head of International Cooperation Department of St. Petersburg State Economic University visited our university. Rector Deng Hui, Vice Rector Liu Xiaoli, relevant persons in charge of International Cooperation and Exchange Office and School of Economics attended the meeting.

Deng Hui expressed his warm welcome to Vice President Dmitry Vasilenko and his delegation. He introduced the basic situation of Jiang Cai, especially mentioned the development direction of promoting the school's three transformations and the construction of new liberal arts, and expressed his hope that the students of Digital Economy (Sino-foreign Cooperative Program), which is a joint venture between the two schools, can understand Russian culture and language and become a bridge of friendship between China and Russia.

Dmitry Vasilenko expressed his heartfelt thanks for the warm reception of our university. He highly praised the efficient style of Jiang Cai and his earnest expectation for the successful promotion of the newly approved cooperation program Digital Economy (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) between the two universities. He said that as one of the highly valued core partners, St. Petersburg State University of Economics will have a delegation personally led by the Rector of the university to attend the celebration of the centennial anniversary of Jiang Cai in October.

During the visit, Vice Rector Dmitry Vasilenko and his delegation went to the Faculty of Economics for research and exchange on the construction of disciplines and specialties, and the construction of Digital Economy (Chinese-foreign cooperative school), which achieved good results.

In addition, they also visited the smart classrooms of Ufida Teaching Building of our university.
