The School of Economics organized the alumni Returning to School on the Year of Values networking event.

On the afternoon of October 1, more than twenty alumni of the Department of National Economic Management, College of Economics, Class of 2009 gathered together at Jiang Cai, Jiaobiao 5205 classroom to hold a special class meeting to celebrate and commemorate the tenth anniversary of graduation and the centennial of the founding of the school.

Prof. Yang Feihu, vice dean of the School of Economics, who was the director of the State Administration Class of 2009, attended the class meeting on behalf of the School. First of all, Prof. Yang welcomed the students to the school and introduced the development of the school and the college in the past ten years. Then he started to count the students, with a loud answer present, everyone seemed to return to the classroom ten years ago. Everyone had a smile on their face - they were all gathered together again to listen to Mr. Yang's earnest care and sincere advice. Then, one by one, the alumni went up to the podium to tell about their experiences ten years after leaving the school, laughter and tears, straight paths and ups and downs, all of which were released in a round of applause. Chen Yuhai, the old class president, prepared interesting question papers for the students and handed them out for examination. Questions such as the name of the North Cafeteria and how many snowfalls in four years made everyone scratch their heads and have fun.

After the meeting, the alumni toured the campus and took photos together. It was a long time since we left each other, and it was the time of fall when we had a lot of feelings. When they revisited the campus, alumni talked about their old feelings, and they were very happy to see each other. In the classroom, we used to read well, on the playground, we used to have high spirits, and in the dormitory, we used to have long friendship. Alumni not only because of the scenery is still old face more sentimental, but also because of the vigorous development of the alma mater is changing day by day and immensely proud. Alumni have expressed that they will not forget the teachings of their alma mater, and will continue to meet the challenges of the next decade with the spirit of faith, sensitivity, honesty and perseverance, and make new achievements; and they wished that their alma mater would start a new journey in its centennial year, and that the old trees would blossom even more in the spring.
